All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, AND WITH ALL FAULTS, with NO warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied by Bid-Master Auctions. All bidders are strongly encouraged to attend preview to inspect items themselves to ensure that they meet their needs and expectations prior to bidding. Removal date is NOT preview/inspection. Buyer assumes complete and sole responsibility for inspection as to condition and value of items. Bid-Master Auctions rely on item information that is provided by the seller for description. Bid-Master Auctions does not investigate information and makes no representation or warranty concerning the truth or completeness of the information. For the bidder's convenience, pictures are provided, but shall not be used to create representations or warranties of any kind pertaining to the item(s) and the buyer waives any claims pertaining to the items against Bid-Master Auctions relating to item photographs or descriptions. No allowance will be made for Errors in Description, Defects, or Imperfections Not Noted in the auction description or Disclosed by the Seller. It is the Bidder's responsibility Sole Responsibility to inspect all items and again, we Highly encourage bidders to attend preview/inspection day. Bid-Master Auctions retains all rights to photos having been taken by staff and descriptions used on Bid-Master Auctions and bidders are prohibited from copying and using these for personal or business use, Unless prior approval by Bid-Master Auctions.
There is a 15% Buyers Premium for this auction and a 3% additional convenience fee for credit cards. Total purchases, including buyer's premium and sales tax, that exceed $500 require payment of cash or certified bank check unless prior approval otherwise. All other purchases Under $500 total can be paid for by credit card, personal check or business check. No out-of-state personal or business checks unless prior approval.
MN State Sales Tax will be added to All Auctions unless you have a tax exemption form. If you are tax exempt, you MUST bring a copy of Minnesota ST3 or your state's exemption form to each removal as we do not keep these on file. Minnesota considers the price of the item PLUS buyers premium as being part of the total purchase price and is therefore taxable.
Accepted Forms of Payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, or Money Order for any invoice. All credit cards have a minimum charge of $5, Personal or Business Checks (No out-of-state checks) can be used for invoices with a Total of less than $500, including buyer's premium and sales tax. Credit cards will have a 3% convenience fee added.
Removal: All items are required to be removed during the listed day(s) and times listed. The physical removal, of items purchased, is the buyer's responsibility and the buyer is responsible for all damage occurring during removal.
Buyers who do not pay for items, no matter the amount, may have their bidding rights terminated. Bidders may be allowed to have their bidding privilege restored at the discretion of Bid-Master Auctions only after paying a $50 reinstatement fee. This penalty fee is punitive and meant to deter no-show bidders. Items won and paid for but not picked up during listed removal will be considered abandoned and either returned to the seller, resold to back up bidder, or resold on a future auction but no show bidder will not be credited for items resold.
